FANTASIC customer care and service!! Very happy! :)

I purchased two 32GB Sandisk USB drives (whom Mustek is the agent / distributor for) and they broke, one in my Macintosh computer. Long story short, I got hold of them, they swiftly came back to me and are delivering two replacement drives next week! And they have offered to have the piece stuck in my machine removed at no cost to me.

Plus I had no receipts or packaging but that was not a problem for them!

Christina Mojadibodu has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Friendly and thorough and she had this resolved in a couple days.
