Exceptionally poor service from a reputable company.

Mustek's service has gone down the drain. Our last order to them they got wrong and the placement of the order was done on their system 3 days after payment for the entire order was made to them.

To put petrol to the fire, their sales team accused my of lieing claiming that delivery was attempted yesterday which isn't that case. This is confirmed by the courier company's records.

When you claim your customer to lie to you and insinuating that they are the liers, they do not deserve to be in business.
