Excellent Service and love my Mecer product again

Please accept my most sincere apologies. I'm so sorry for being emotionally upset about a problem I thought was hardware, especially keyboard related. It turns out I had set the keyboard function to operate numerically using the Fn key on my Mecer MyLife Z140C Express Notebook. I have fallen in love with my Mecer products again. Thank you, Thato and Christina, for sorting this issue out. Your excellent service and response time in getting back to me are so impressive. Thanks again and I rate you guys 5 stars!!
