Empty gift promises and poor service form Mustek/Huawei store

After reading all the bad reviews on hellopeter I wished I never did business with the online huawei store. I also bought a GT2 watch in June 2020 already and was promised free buds. After numerous calls en even emails still no response nor free buds. Each time I phone in I had to explain the whole issue again, no records of my previous calls. Each time I was promised that a manager would call me back, I am still waiting. One time they said stock arrived but still no free buds for me. I really cannot believe such poor service in times like these, one should jump for each opportunity to retain your customers.
