Empty Gift Promises

Very dissatisfied with Mustek Huawei Online Shop, they advertise you will receive free gifts if you purchase certain products and then your order arrives without the promised gifts. When you contact them and query this, they drag the process out and never resolve the issue. I Purchased a Smar****ch GT 2 recently and was promised a free set of Huawei FreeBuds Lite as per the adverti*****t but never received the gift? Really unhappy with this company and would think with the state of Huawei currently they will do all to keep their customers happy??
