Does not want your business
Would give them a zero if possible, arrive at 4:10pm to service and told the are closed on a Wednesday because systems are down! Pathetic, no customer service or care, better off with Rectron products!

We are very sorry that we could not assist you on arrival.
Our systems were indeed down yesterday from 4pm. We therefore were unable to process any quotes, orders, collections, service and repairs at this time.
We are conducting a system test today and will once again not be operational from 4pm today.
We will resume back to normal trading hours from tomorrow, Friday 15th July 2022.
