Disgusting service from Senior customer relationship manager

Ordered and paid for a mecer laptop Received item yesterday This is second hand / used laptop Had a previous user but packaged and sold as new The laptop itself was not packaged in any covering of any sort And the attitude if Shaun - customer relations manager-;did I mention senior manager stinks ...his words are I will not entertain your call...I'm doing a favor.... I was confused ...favor means what exactly??? I purchased and paid forca device which does not work..it's your duty to ensure to sell items in working order. Cherry on the cake- the idiot dropped my call. Then called back ...hell no. Suggestion to Mustek- get rid of the person ..he is promoting a negative image of your company
