DISGUSTING SERVICE DELIVERY
I bought a tablet from PC Direct (supplier - Mustek WC). I paid on Thursday 8th October with promises of delivery by Friday 9th October. I followed up on Friday and was told that its on its way. Bought in CT to delivery in CT!!!!! End of Friday I was given excuses that it is not delivered as stated earlier because of staff shortage. Then promises guaranteed for Monday 12th October. Monday came and went with no response from Mustek. IT IS NOW TUESDAY 13TH OCTOBER AND NO EXCUSE WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!

Kindly note that Mustek retails to dealers only and not end-users. The order was delivered on the date that the order was placed with Mustek.
Staff shortages should not affect the placing of orders by dealers.
