DELAYS DELAYS DELAYS

I purchased a product on the site on the 23rd October 2020. I'm yet to receive the product. I was never notified of any delay, after daily enquiries I was informed of the delay. I was then promised delivery today or Thursday the 5th November. I am yet to receive a tracking number so that I can ensure delivery will be made. I have escalated this matter Huawei, and have great help with a guy named Gabriel who is trying his best to assist me. Why accept orders if you are moving locations? The product is not delivered in time and yet no apology from your offices. This is really **** service. DO NOT make promises if they cannot be adhered to.
