Courier issues

'Ive ordered a laptop from Mustek from Given Mathebula on 26-08-2015. Payment was made in time and proof of payment sent to him. He still thanked me for my order via email. My couriers were sent as Mustek refuse to deliver to me because apparently they do not deliver on cash accounts. (Order was over R10,000). Package was not given to couriers, because according to Mustek the driver was at the wrong place (Dispatch is the wrong place to dispatch goods). So now after 5 my courier company lets me know that mr Mathebula said my payment has to reflect (they received my proof of payment) and they want a copy of my ID. My ID on a COD account? Non of this was discussed with me. They are simply looking for excuses. Now I have to pay penalties to my courier company as well as give my client bad news. Mustek, employ COMPETENT staff!!! Someone from Mustek can phone me to arrange for delivery on the 27-08-2015 and pay my courier company for the penalty I have to suffer because of Mustek's poor service.
