******* service , poor quality -products - steer clear

In Feb 2021 I bought 4 refurbished pion solar batteries from Mustek through a supplier in Knysna. All subsequently failed within the supposed 2 year warranty period. Upon taking them in to Mustek for repair/ replacement I was told only 3 are covered by the warranty. The 4th, which I can only assume was from older dud stock from the start they won't even look at, claiming it somehow not covered by the warranty. Though the sale clearly included all 4 - same conditions, same price, same deal. Foul quality products, ******* business practices - allround *****.
