Brand new Asus Laptop motherboard and screen to be replaced and repaired

<p>I have purchased a new Asus ROG GL 752VW Laptop on the 17th November from evetech. I took it in yesterday and had to follow up with them today and was told they needed to get a new Led and motherboard and it will take 2-3 weeks to get the parts. I was told they would not replace it. This is defective goods being sold to clients. As in Section 56 Consumer Protection Act (CPA) (Imp**** warranty of quality) it states that the supplier must either replace the goods or refund the customers money. I would like a replacement Unit asap as this is effecting my work.
