BAD SERVICE

I bought a brand new MECER laptp and it doesnt have the wifi Icon option for me to connect to the internet, i have been tryign to get hold of on the phone tecnician to assist with no luck since monday. they transfere me from one person to theother, no one is willing to remote connect and assist, they are asking for a model name i give it and then i hit dead end. ive spoken to more than 5 people and not even 1 assisted.

im so frustrated, stay away from their products they offer no support after sales.
