Bad service

I really wished I read the reviews before making a purchase from this company, I bought a smart watch on the 20th of June 2020, on wednesday I get an email saying its delivered, but the watch was delivered to someone else on Bloemfontein, on Thursday agin I get a call o say it will be delivered on Friday, I get the package at 20h00 to findout its a dam bluetooth speak, get called on Monday and told this will be sorted out, nothing gets done, come Wednesday, I get a Watch that has already been OPENED,SCRATHED. We are currenlty in lockdowm becuase of COVID 19 and you people deliver opened packages and expect me to be happy about this when I paid R3800 for a brand new Smart Watch!!! im definately taking this to the NCA
