BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wish I could give then no stars but I am forced to give them 1. Customer service is non existant. Took me half an hour of being on the phone to get through to the service consultant. Unit was handed in in Nelspruit on 30 November 22 and the technician in Joburg eventually started working on the unit on 20 December 22 only to be told that a motherboard has to be changed. This company is really hard to deal with and costs you a fortune in phone calls. Service consultants never get back to you as promised.
