AFTER SALES SERVICE

In 2015 we bought 25 computers from Computer Discount 3000. The supplier of the goods was Mustek. Shortly after installation, we realised that Windows was not installed as was quoted and paid for. Mustek replaced all the computers. Shortly thereafter three of the computers gave problems. All three was taken by ourselves to the Mustek offices in Midrand. One of the computers was replaced. One was repaired and the other one was nothing wrong with according to Mustek. We had to fetch the computers ourselves. After installation the replaced computer did again not include Windows and had to be returned to Mustek. This was 2 months ago. In the meantime 3 other computers started giving problems e.g. not charging, switching off for no reason, do not switch on at all. We again contacted Mustek to complain and request Mustek to come to Vanderbijlpark so that the problems can be fixed, We were informed that a ridiculous fee will be charged for them to come to us. We are well aware that this is a carry in guarantee. An amount of R175 000 was paid upfront for the computers but we do not get any after sale service. We are loosing money because our computers does not work properly
