3000VA UPS's bad batteries!!! Bad service!!!

Last year I took my 3000VA UPS to Mustek Cape Town to get bad battery resolved. A year later exact same issue, now even the newer one I purchased has the same issue. Not just bad battery life, it's making a noise when in battery mode.

Drop both UPS's off last week Wednesday... had to also hear that the one is out of warranty even though the Mustek Johannesburg branch told me it's the same as the other one... NOW it's not!

The whole of Wed, Thurs and Fri past and ONLY today do I get a call (Aden) to tell me they waiting for batteries to repace in warranty UPS, then I get told that the older UPS is out of warranty and they must still do a quote/procing...

Seriously, 3 days later you call me to tell you still busy and still haven't done anything, basically... Very bad service seriously, I am DONE with your ******* produtcs and now you are also on my bad service cpmany boycott list!!!
