1.5 yrs and problem with laptop still isn't fixed

<p>I bought a brand new ASUS gaming laptop to design with. From day 1 it gave issues, but after spending R20 000 i didnt have more money to set up another spare computer to run my business with so I could take the laptop to Mustek and let them have a look and see. A year later (April 2016) I took the laptop in, and they said it was just a badly installed operating system, so they reinstalled it and said everything was fixed. But it wasnt. Months later they sent a technician to have a look and he said he'd done what he could and would come back after the weekend - it is now a few months later and still no one has fixed my laptop. This company is giving ASUS a bad name. Can ASUS not afford to give a client a new laptop and make sure the one they received is fixed for all problems? It feels like they are just dragging their feet untill my 2 year warranty is up and then they will come back and say sorry, its too late to fix it for free, but if I pay they will gladly fix the problem. Not great service. I wish someone would contact me so I can get this ****** laptop fixed. It makes me scared to ever buy another laptop from any company besides APPLE if Mustek is the supplier at the end of the day and the company i then have to go and deal with to get **** fixed.</p>
