Worst purchasing experience

I bought a product from this site. In the pictures it advertised a GHD styler. Their site states delivery between 2 - 7 days, on the 6th day I contacted them asking do they have the product or not cause if not I wish to cancel the purchase, that's when they advised me delivery was actually 10 days! The product was then only shipped on 10th day and delivered on the 11th day. Once received the product I was unhappy that the product had been opened. I called and told them and they said it was customs. When buying from a site in South Africa you would think the product was already here. I could have easily purchased the item myself from China. The product gave instructions to validate it and that's what I did. After failing on the product website I called GHD to check as I thought the website wasn't working. They confirm that it was a ****. I told them and they collected their product. Now after nearly a week I still haven't received a refund after them telling me it was already done. What surprises me is that the first time the refunded me it was immediate and now NOTHING! Let this be a warning to other potential customers, DON'T buy from this site if you don't want endless problems.
