Bad service

There’s a company by the name of Mustard Seed based at 94 President Street , Johannesburg cbd. They do branding. I had enquired about branding for my mobile kitchen food truck of which they had agreed they can provide me with the service I needed. I payed them 50% deposit as per their request, I waited days for them to complete my design and come do the installation, they had continuous excuses every time I called or texted the lady who was assisting me. It’s been almost 3 months now and still nothing. I’ve requested a full refund of my money as they couldn’t stick to the agreement. I was promised a refund on the 2nd of July 2018 to date I have not recieved it. I have lost a lot of money because of this and I’m very much frustrated
