Staff having no concern in an emergency.

The place is great BUT my wife got spiked and no one was there to help her... I was inthe rest room and had no control but she was on floor and a employee was on her phone just casually doing nothing while she passed out for more than ten minute until someone came in to help her in the ladies rest room.. This must be looked at that the staff have some concern for the customer..!!!
