Poor planning

So disappointed in this place. We called a day before and asked if we should book, they said that its not necessary for 4 people to book. As we pitched up at Mustang Sally's they said that we have to go on a waiting list and that they are fully. There was so many people that was upset and drove away and we were one of them. Sorry but this place need to start saying you have to book!!!!!
