Furniture removal company

Worst moving experience iv ever had. Moving company was 4hrs 45min late, each time different story and never phoned to inform me what was going on, I had to keep phoning asking where they were, still had to pay full price, have damage to my things and staff were dumping stuff outside the new house very grumpy. They were struggling to get my deep freezer in the house and were trying to shove it in and nearly broke the grid at the back of the freezer off. They only finished unloading the truck at 9pm. My husband was helping to move things on as we have two small children and they were exhausted and hungry and everything had been taken to the new house. Have not been able to put up beds or anything, so we all on the floor tonight. Very very very disgusted with how things went down. Was supposed to be a easy move and it was a nightmare of note. Will never use this company again.
