Extremely bad service!

We ordered a couch at Must Have Furniture. We paid the deposit and got no feedback on the progress of our order unless we asked. We only got vague responses. We finally received our couch 3 weeks late and it was the wrong couch and the wrong colour. Terrible service!!!!
