Bad mannered and aggressive owner of Musicians Gear Zone Ballito

I submitted a guitar for re-stringing on 10 September 2026.I was assured that it would be ready on 12 September 2026 but when I arrived to pick up the guitar on 16 September 2026, I was told that the guitar was not ready due to an internal problem of the business. The individual called Donovan got quite irate when I enquired why I was not notified of this. It inconvenienced me as I had driven a long way to get there. He became abusive and threatened me to get out of his shop. He was verbally abusive and threatened me physically. I was embarrassed and ****** of my dignity by this purported owner named Donovan in the presence of my wife. I was not successful in calming him down and had to leave. I just learnt that this is not the first time that Donavan resorted to such aggressive behaviour when questioned about failure to deliver to customers.
