Why sell things you cant fix yourself?

I purchased an Azpen tablet for my daughter about 3 weeks ago, I was told by the consultant that there is warrenty on it for a year but not told that if anything should actually break what the procedure was. Well my daughter dropped her tablet and the screen cracked, I called musica to find out what the procedure was and spoke to Jacky. Jacky said to call the supplier and explain what happened and they will assist me further. I called the supplier and they are not very helpful. I asked what the price to replace the screen would be and was told R450 baring in mind that the tablet itself was R799! I asked how I would get it to them and she said I have to courier it and then collect it aswell in JNB! Now the cost for couriering it, having it fixed and collecting it would probably cost more than the actual tablet! Now musica can you please tell me why you sell products that you are not able to fix? Or why you make it so difficult for your clients to have products that you sell fixed?! I am actually quite livid at just how much of a ******* this all is! As the seller of this item you are suppose to be responsible for getting this thing to and fro NOT me.
