Waiting time 38working days!!!

Bought a Poloroid watch for my kid, not very long it didnt charge properly and never lasted a full day. Still in warranty I returned it for repairs. Waited 38 working days for the product to be repaired...phoned the branch many times, visited the branch even more, even phoned the customer care line where I was promised the regional manager will contact me. Still to day no phone call... Now its still not fully repaired, but due to the 2months passing, out of warranty and nothing I can do...worst service ever!!! Will never support musica again.
