Very bad service at Musica Mall of Africa

My name is Itumeleng, this morning just after 9 I phoned the store to check if they have 2 R. Kelly cd’s and Caiphus *****ya. I was assisted by some lady who sounded as if she didn’t know what she was doing, she said they don’t have I asked if she can check at Westgate mall she gave the phone to a guy by the name of Pitso who said to me that he’ll check with Westgate and and call me back, he hasn’t phone back I don’t know what’s happening but what I know is that their service is very bad at Musica Mall of Africa.......I’m very disappointed on how they treat their customers ????????
