Very Bad Service

Hi, I want to share my disappointment with you in regards to my in store experience at Musica Kolonnade. I wanted to buy a gift for someone from the video game selection and asked the lady at the front if they had any more selections to choose from and she told me the more expensive title were at the back because they are over a certain limit and could not be kept in front.<br> <br> She told me if I was looking for something they could check but did not even ask me if I was interested in something else or if she could show some titles to me. When I asked her politely if I could have a look at some more titles she walked to the back and shouted at someone to come and show \this guy\" something and I had to wait a while before another lady came out with one title.<br> <br> I asked her very nicely if that is all they had and I got a very sarcastic \"yes\" answer. These ladies were very rude, un-professional and not helpful at all and made me feel very un-welcome. This store represent very poor service and unfriendly staff !! One of the worst stores I 've been to in a very long time!"
