Unfriendly rude staff

We where eating at Paparazzi when my daughter decided she wanted Karlien van Jaarsveld cd. She took money and bought the cd. Then my husband asked her to ask if Samy's new cd is in. A gentleman helped her very friendly and said yes. She bought the cd. When she came back to the table is was not Samy's latest cd. We did not open the cd - she went back immediately - the cashier - a lady went of on my daughter which is 10 years old - saying she must open her mind. They will not refund again. My daughter asked the gentleman for Samy's latest cd. He gave it to her - it was not the latest cd. The woman Cashier needs manners and lack friendliness. Bad attitude and lack of service. It was not my daughters fault. Musica train your people - both your woman cashiers need manners!!!!!
