Uneducated Workers & Doing Children In

My brother went to Musica N1 City yesterday ( 7 October 2015 )<br> <br> He went with the intention of buying Linkin Park CD's. He asked one of the employees to help him find original CD's, and so he did. Please do note, my brother wanted original CD's.<br> <br> When my brother got into the car and opened the cases (he bought 3 CD's) <br> 1. Linkin Park Recharged<br> 2. Linkin Park Reanimation (OH AND THIS ONE WAS CRACKED on the case????)<br> 3. Linkin Park the Hunting Party<br> <br> he found that 2 of the 3 CD's were REMIXES and NOT the originals, like he asked the guy at the store.<br> <br> My mother phoned and they refused to help/return/refund the 2 CD's that weren't the originals.<br> <br> So please do tell me, how can you employ people that doesn't know where to look for the different between real and not so real? What upset me most of that my brother (13 years old) was being told something that's NOT true, and now he has wasted his money as well.<br> <br> I do expect a refund for this or at least a voucher to apologize. I do not agree with this type of happenings and lack of education from your employees.<br> <br> I hope to solve this very quickly
