Total disregard for customes - no response

I complained about **** DVD copy I bought at Musica for with I paid a lot of money. To date, no one from Musica has bothered to respond. People will never stop buying pirated dvds as long as the poor, **** copies they get on the street for R5 are the same they get at Musica at a higher price. Musica is useless, I have not gone to purchase anything there since my complaint and will never go back to buy their dvd copies, its a waste of my hard-earned money to give to dishonest and ************* company like Musica who are selling the public **** stock. Very angry and disappointed.
