THEY ARE AWESOME
I bought a CSI New York final season, when I got home I noticed that the disc holder was broken when I called in, with no hesitation I was told to return it and get a new one. With no hesitation it was changed, but the second one was also broken. I got a refund with NO ISSUES!!! Thanks Guys!!!
