Terrible manager, terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The manager (Kameel) at the branch in Liberty Midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg ***) has zero communication skills. Bought a R1000,00 pair of earphones, had issues with it, took it back and had it exchanged. Second pair, same problem, took it back and he accused me of damaging the earphones. After trying to ask how it was damaged by me, he continued to raise his voice and then decided to walk away from me.
