Suspicious dealings

I am very disappointed with Musica, I purchased a new ps4 gam as a birtday gift for my son @crew2 from musica Amanzimtoti that does not work and also a R400 gift card for mg other son that I basically cannot use as its not usable anywhere but Musica ( wich was not explained) and what ever number you google to reach Musica even the heax office number does not work.

Super unhappy with Musica and the game develope of Crew 2 for Ps4 as this vame should not be on the shelf if it does not function
