Yesterday after I decided to support local artists and buy hard copies, asking for help to find Cds from your stuff at 3 Rivers was hell, I swear its like I went to drag them from their homes to help me find CDs.

Didn't fin what I was looking for so I opt to buy Jayz CD and Dvd, but changed my mind about the Dvd. All hell broke lose I was asked why do I ask for the Dvd if am not going to buy it. I rep**** that I change my mind. She went on to say I must just pay for the CD before I change my mind.

I looked her and walked out. Never seen such behaviour in years. And this is why Musica will die from the digital. Pap customer service.
