Silent treatment

<p>I bought a pair of earphones from Musica in Carnival mall, now within 2 weeks they started showing cracks and on their joints and pieces of the plastic started falling. I usually use them at home and they never fell. I went to the branch to tell them my story and the female assistant told me as long as they are still working they cannot help me, but i explained to her that my biggest concern is that they might fall appart before even reaching a year....what then? She said she will get back to me in a week. 2 weeks passed and nothing, so i follwed up, she said she'll get back...its over a month now and nothing still. I feel for the price i paid for these earphones they shouldn't be cracking this quick. Please help resolve this.</p>
