Shocking service from Musica. Don't use them.

I bought a R1500.00 BodyGlove bluetooth headphones. Less than a month after a bought it the USB charge port broke. I have been waiting for two weeks to get this resolved and yesterday the store manager of Musica Rodebank told me to call the customer care center. I am still waiting for the area manager to get back to me. Congratulations Musica, You are part of the reason the South African economy is in the state it is in.

Shocking service. I will never do business with Musica again. Next stop consumer counsel.
