Rylan you rock !!!

I visited the gateway branch in the month of December coz I had some issues with a Drone I purchased for my son. Having no knowledge about the drone and went purely on the reps advise when purchase it , I opening it and using it a few mins , I was not happy with the product has was miss informed about the product at the time of purchase. When I got to the store I was greeted by Rylan . Explained the situation , who apologised for the miss information. Rylan then took the time to explain the product and show us how it worked , the ins and outs of it . I was so impressed with his mannerism and knowledge and being so patient. His clearly a consultant that loves what he does . Thank you Rylan for a memorial experience and for being a knowledgeable consultant with a awesome attitude . I hope you don't go unnoticed , YOUR A HUGE ASSET TO MUSICA : )
