****** and shockingly poor treatment

<p>About 4 months ago i took my skuul candy earphones back to music to repair . These earphone come with </p> <p>a lifetime warrenty and in the past dealing with Incredible connection i had no issues swaping or repair earphones . When i came into the store i was confrunted with rude and very unhelpful service . I contacted the head office about this . The Area manager Tabo contacted me but became very argumentative and said i should go back there . I did and left it with them . 2 months went by and no communication . After returning to the store they contacted him and we spoke again . This time he told me to go to Skull candy myself and that he would send me the details . Another 2 months have passed and no nothing . </p> <p>I recommend thinking twice before purchasing anything from this group .Client satisfaction is super low on the list .</p>
