Racial profiling

I was out to buy Bluetooth headsets by Musica and discovered a bargain of Skull candy headphones priced at R49.95 to which I was later made aware that the prices were incorrect but I insisted on that price to which the manager and myself came to an amicable understanding of a R150 discount on my purchase. I then proceeded to buy a paid of R699 Gorilla Bluetooth headphones at a reduced price of R549.00. Two days later, on the 27th of January 2018 on removing the headphones from my head, the one side snapped, I took them back to the outlet for a swap as I was two into the sale, the supervisor , a friendly lady who tried her best to help but was hindered but certain staff members , I ended up interacting with an out 4 staff members all with very suspicious questions, one boldy stated I'd have to pay to fix the headsets after the supervisor had ruled to swap them for the same pair. The shop didn't have the same pair but had a similar paid in the same brand(Gorilla) but the earpiece cushion was faulty to which I opted to swap for a R899.00 paid of JBL's . I was denied the R150 discount that was enforced by the manager, on confirming this discount with the manager, he ordered a picture of the headsets be taken and sent to him. He ordered I be denied the exchange gave me some very silly procedure story.

I am appalled at how I felt mauled and attacked by staff of my own race, the level of judgemnet posed by staff on my financial status as I seemed like a mooch. I have yet to hear of a swap process requiring such manpower and hours as am still without my Bluetooth headphones .

The manager made me feel like a ***** with gaining intents after I had offered to pay R200 more for a pair that make has a for a special of R499.
