Poor service

Bad customer service so disgusted with the staff I was in the shop for almost 30 min trying to buy a ps4 game for my son not even 1 of the almost 9 employees tht was on the floor chat and singing louder than the music playing in the shop came to ask if I need any assistance. When I got to the till once again I stood there for more than 10 min but staff is walking up and down the cashier was singing while he assisted me no thank you never again
