I went in to buy the xbox s one bundle on promotion they had a few on display. I then left the store to saying I was returning to purchase the item on promotion. When I came back the promotion had gone. I hadn't been gone for an hour!! When speaking to the manager he explained that the promotion was gone and that the price had changed in the morning. Seems like this manager cannot do his job properly. I had even spoken to one of the staff member on the floor reassuring him that I would return. If indeed the price was meant to be changes surely your staff should be made aware of price changes yet this staff member mentioned nothing about a possible price increase. I find it unprofessional and straight up bull**** that you can just "change" the price because you are unable to do you job properly. Some transparency into these type of matter would highly be appreciated. I really dont understand how a 1.5k increase was missed due to poor management.
