Poor customer service

Recently I went to musica Rosebank to enquire about the availability of a specific cd( Blue Magic- Greatest Hits) and they then advised that their branch at Sandton City Mall had six copies in stock, and that they would order it for us. they have never come back to us, up until today- we have been waiting since November. Then in December we went to the branch at mall of the South and they too referred us to Sandton City as according to them, they also had copies. When we got to the Sandton City branch, they confirmed that they had six copies but they could not find it. We received absolutely no help from the sales person who claimed to have gone to look for the copies but never returned. We waited over an hour for assistance and needless to say, we received absolutely nothing, bearing in mind that they confirmed that they did have the cd in stock. I am quite appalled by the lack of urgency from the staff. We did not even get an explanation as to why they could not give us the cd. I will definitely never be buying at this branch again and would not recommend them to anyone either.
