People don't give any feedback on damaged goods

I bought a Bluetooth speaker that stopped working and when I brought it back I was 2 or 3 days late for the 6 months guarantee with Musica and was told that they will call the supplier because there is a further 6 months with them. I waited more than a week to get a call saying they're still waiting. Now it is another 2 months later and when I come to the store to here what's going on the tell me that there's nothing they can do and they'll leave me standing here the whole day
