Pathetic Service

Your service at Randfontein branch NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Pathetic services from even the manager!! Bough a already opened memory pro card, but when I requested to test is, I was told they are not allowed to open it!! But when I bought it it was already opened. So to test it and not opening is accepted!! BUT TO BUY IT WHEN ITS ALREADY OPENED IS FINE?? AND NOT EVEN WORKING?? When I returned it, they did not want to refund me on a card that is NOT WORKING!! Manager there **** and said they close at 16:00 when I went there t 15:15 AGAIN!! THEY WHERE CLOSED!! LYING TO CUSTOMERS!! AND NOT HELPING AT ALL!! Pathetic services!! Now it is costing ME extra money for petrol everytime to drive up and down to get my money back for their mistake!! I use to buy all our CD`s at Muscia. BUT I WILL NEVER SUPPORT MUSICA RANDFONTEIN AGAIN!! I will also be placing proof of opened pack that is bought like that in shop, and spread the news that musica is selling the stuff like that but wont even assist in helping to test the stuff!!
