Outstanding exceptional service

Outstanding exceptional service received from Musica Cavendish! On 31 October i visited the store to check the validity of a gift voucher I had received and had forgotten about. Khaalib informed me that my voucher was expired and without any prompting immediately got onto the phone with musica customer care. He then facilitated the transferral of the value of the gift voucher onto a new card, with Akhona informing me that it was valid for a further 3 years, and I was able to listen to the most beautiful Tasha Cobbs praise and worship music in my car. Instead of offering me a whole lot of excuses, they really went the extra mile and made my day. Thank you Khaalib and Akhona for the exceptional service. Much appreciated!
