Musica Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

Musica waterfall mall Rusternburg... I’m so disgusted with the service that I had just received at the waterfall mall musica branch. I’ve been searching for a dvd/movie for quite some time now, I entered the branch today to have a look if that dvd/movie was available yet, my first point of disgustingness was when I walked into the branch the sales people do not greet or even offer assistance. I then asked the sales person whom was standing behind my in the aisle to assist as I asked for the DVD/movie that I was looking for, she then went to the payment counter and asked the cashier if they had the movie, he then called a white woman named “liefie” the one with brownish hair, she looked at me as well if I’ve just disrupted her and said we haven’t Recieving an order and in a very unpleasant manner, and as I walked out the shop she also looked at me very funny, as far as I’m aware the staff of Musica and not only the staff but the company policy also states that you/they should offer to find the DVD /movie that I’m looking for, even offer to take my name and number so once the shipment comes in they can inform me. However this was not done once, so the client service at this branch is up to scratch and I will be informing my friends and family which buy at musica not to buy there anymore, as I’m sure we can find a better place with better customer service to assist us. I’m hugely disgusted in this branch and it should be sorted out or you will he branch will be loosing an considerable amount of client basis.
