Musica Walmer Park - senseless

Today I wanted to make purchases at the Walmer branch. I was not allowed in the store because I refused to allow their doorman to spray their rancid hand sanitizer on me - I carry and use my own hand sanitizer because I have an allergic reaction to the stuff the retailers use.

They refused me entry even though I showed them my sanitizer and explained the situation with the allergy.

I was told by the store manager, who in my opinion is a ****** idiot, that it is the policy of Musica/Clicks not to allow anyone in the store unless they had been sprayed.

This is crazy... There is no concern for the customers well being and I've not had any issues with any other retailer.

How, I ask with tears in my eyes, can anyone afford to turn business away at the door due to BS policy? The current economic climate simply doesn't allow for it!

Needless to say, I will never set foot in this store again.
