Musica Table bay mall gift card

I went to Table bay Mall to purchase my son a Xmas gift card for his Xbox. I get to the till in Musica and ask for the piece of cardboard with loading instructions . The lady informs me that she can only give me the receipt and not the card. I enquire why they have so many hanging up if you can't give the customer the card! The loading of the gift cards instructions are on the card too. She informs me that I may not have the card, it's policy. Well obviously I didn't complete the purchase. Thank goodness Clicks offers the same product and they will give you the card. Not cool Musica!
